Take I-40 East toward Wilmington. Continue onto College Road, which becomes US-421 South / Carolina Beach Road. Continue to follow US-421 South which becomes South Lake Park Boulevard once you cross over the Pleasure Island Bridge. The Ocean Grill & Tiki will be on your left.
PARKING
The Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar provides guests with free parking in the lot located directly across the street from the restaurant and the Golden Sands Motel. Beachgoers, please be courteous and park in either of the public lots on Tennessee Ave. or Ocean Blvd.

The Ocean Grill is an oceanfront gem nestled between rows of sand dunes and the Golden Sands Motel in Carolina Beach, North Carolina. Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the Ocean Grill is a rare combination of ideal location, fresh coastal cuisine, and casual beachfront bar scene.
The upstairs dining room reveals panoramic views of the North Carolina shoreline. Downstairs, have a drink at the bar or enjoy the sea breeze from the patio dining area. Just steps from the Ocean Grill, the Tiki Bar stands on the remnants of the Center Pier, which was destroyed in 1996 by Hurricane Fran. It offers locals and visitors a casual place to hang out and enjoy a tropical cocktail or cold beer after a day at the beach. The Tiki Bar serves a limited lunch and dinner menu from the Ocean Grill's kitchen.

WHEN IS THE TIKI BAR OPEN?
The Tiki Bar is open the same hours as the Ocean Grill, weather permitting.
ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
No. We love dogs but they are not allowed on the pier or in dining areas.
WHEN DO YOU HAVE LIVE BANDS AT THE TIKI BAR?
Tiki shows are on Thursday evenings 7-9pm during June, July, and August.
DOES THE OCEAN GRILL TAKE RESERVATIONS?
No. We do have several dining areas and if they are full, feel free to enjoy the inside bar or the view from the tiki pier while you wait.
WHAT ABOUT FOR LARGE PARTIES?
No, we do not accept reservations for large parties. We gladly accommodate larger parties of 15 or less, but suggest you arrive prior to peak dining hours in the summer.
DO YOU HOST WEDDINGS AND SPECIAL EVENTS?
We do not host weddings, rehearsal dinners, or receptions. We do not have a private space to rent, and we cannot limit the public's access to the pier, tiki bar, or restaurant.
IS THERE PARKING?
Yes, we provide guests with free parking in the lot located directly across the street from the restaurant and the Golden Sands Motel. Please do not park in the Motel's lot, on the East side of Lake Park Boulevard. Beachgoers, please be courteous and park in either of the public lots on Tennessee Ave or Ocean Blvd. or the public spaces on Bowfin Ave.
